Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 February 2026
myplayshop is a free game made for kids. We take privacy seriously — especially when children are involved. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.
The Short Version
- We do not collect personal information from children.
- We do not require sign-up or accounts.
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
- We do not show ads.
- We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not track individual users.
What Data We Collect
Website Analytics (Plausible)
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people use our website. Plausible is a lightweight, open-source analytics tool built in the EU. It is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
Plausible does not:
- Use cookies
- Collect personal data or personally identifiable information
- Track users across websites or devices
- Build profiles of individual visitors
Plausible only collects anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, referral sources, browser type, and country. No individual visitor can be identified. You can read more about how Plausible handles data in their data policy.
Game Data
All game data (shop settings, language preferences, scores) is stored locally on your device using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to any server.
Children's Privacy
myplayshop is designed for children aged 4–10. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The game works without any sign-up, login, or personal data entry.
Third-Party Services
The only third-party service we use is Plausible Analytics (described above). We do not use any advertising networks, social media trackers, or other third-party tracking tools.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect personal data, there is typically nothing to request access to or delete. If you have any questions, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Changes to This Policy
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will never start collecting personal data or tracking users without clearly communicating it first.
